Go beyond the debrief

Transform results on a page into inspiring coaching conversations.

Coaching with the EQ-i starts with the debrief, but then what? You want to help clients move from understanding their EQ-i results to deepening their self-awareness, and inspiring action. Learn more about how to use client EQ-i results to assist and support your coaching.

We have developed an EQ coach training program that integrates the five composite areas of the EQ-i 2.0 into a cohesive framework to further inform and guide the coaching conversation.

Coaching for change

No two sets of results are alike. Everyone’s story, process, challenges and strengths are unique. Learn how to combine client EQ-i results with our EQ Coaching framework to ensure your coaching leads to meaningful conversation and lasting change.

Get to the heart of the matter

Emotions are always at the heart of the matter. How effective we are in work and life is highly correlated with the 15 emotional competencies in the EQ-i model. Helping clients connect with their emotions to be more effective is what we do. We’d like to share our experience and approaches with you to optimize your clients’ EQ-i 2.0 results.
